Shipping and Returns

CUSTOMER CENTER 

Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. pst, excluding weekends and major US holidays.  

SHIPPING 

 How Long Does Shipping Take?

We usually ship in 24hrs after your order has been placed. Specialty and customized products may take up to 48hrs to process. At the moment we ship through USPS parcel services only. 

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Checking the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation is usually the best way to check.

RETURNS 

We accept returns on any product within 14-days upon arrival of your order. We offer free returns in the following criteria. 

  • Defective products.

  • We shipped the wrong item.

  • Inaccurate product information.

 Please make sure you check this list to make sure your return and refund get processed quickly

  1. Add the correct returned items to the package.

  2. Write your order number clearly on the outside of the package.

  3. If possible, also include the original packing slip.

Original order shipping cost is not refundable (unless otherwise approved) Returns will be charged for the return shipping label (unless otherwise approved)

Once your return shipment reaches our facility, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the return or exchange. 

If a return is requested, the customer service team member will process the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax (minus shipping fees) back onto the original payment method. 

The return/exchange process can take anywhere from 7-10 business days. At any time during that process our customer service team will be there to help answer questions: customercare@craftlits.com

Will I be charged sales tax?

In states where our commerce service provider and fulfillment partners have operations, we are required to charge sales tax on product purchases as well as shipping and handling.

Proposition 65 notice

Every effort is made to source all the products provided responsibly and to comply with local regulations. One such regulation in California is the safe drinking water and toxic enforcement act of 1986, that is more commonly known as proposition 65, requires the provision of a warning to California consumers regarding products containing certain chemicals, based on information from product manufacturers.
